Self-service laundry is a laundromat where you do your own washing and drying.
How to use self-service laundry?
​Choose a machine, load your laundry, pay by card or coin, and let the machine do the work.
How much does it cost?
Laundromat washes from $6.20.Dryers from $1.10 per 5 minutes.
How long do washing machines take?
Washing machine cycles vary but generally around 30–40 minutes.
Do I bring my own detergent?
No, we provide organic non-allergenic detergent for you which is automatically dispensed into each wash cycle, please do not add additional detergents as this could damage our machines and your garments.
​Do I need to separate loads?
Yes – for best results, separate colours and fabrics.
Do I need cash?
No, you do not need cash – we accept card.
Do laundromat machines clean better?
Yes, laundromat machines clean better – commercial washers are more powerful than home units.
Can I just dry or just wash?
Yes, you can just dry or wash – use whichever service you need.
Do you accept card?
Yes, all machines accept card.

The difference between laundry and wash and fold: Laundry is DIY. Wash and fold means we do it all for you.
Do you separate colours?
Yes, we separate colours – all loads are sorted and washed with care.
What hours can I drop off wash and fold?
You can drop of your wash and foldMon–Fri 8am–12pm or anytime via lockers.
When can I pick up?
We’ll notify you when it’s ready – pick up anytime via lockers.
How do lockers work?
Book online, receive a locker code, drop your laundry, and we’ll do the rest.
What shouldn’t be included?
Delicate or dry-clean-only items.
Does wash & fold remove stains?
We do our best, but cannot guarantee stain removal.
How long does a wash & fold take?
Usually ready within 24 hours.
